These Terms govern your use of Anti and related services.

1. Who we are

Anti is a personal finance app focused on quick expense logging and simple spending insights. In these Terms, "Anti," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Anti service operator.

2. Eligibility and account use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Anti.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your device and account credentials secure.

3. What Anti does and does not do

  • Anti helps you log expenses and review spending activity based on your input.
  • Anti is not a bank, lender, broker, or licensed financial advisor.
  • Anti does not provide investment, tax, accounting, debt, or legal advice.
  • You are responsible for decisions you make based on app output.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Some features may require a paid subscription (for example, Anti Pro).
  • If purchased through Apple, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under your App Store settings.
  • We may change pricing or plans in the future with appropriate notice where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Anti for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse API access.

6. Intellectual property

Anti, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by Anti and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Anti is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
